Hello Sub, don't waste any sleep over this one but despite updating the 3 files and the the further PSI file to stop live TV problems and everything works great including multi record.

My problem is that although I know it's there multiple scans at different times will not reveal Virgin One. No big issue but would like to know when you have time in the future, maybe it will appear when anologue transmitters get shut down in this area December 2009 and Digital signal strength is increased.

Do you know the frequency this channel uses, and are any other channels on the same frequency found?

Might want to try setting your digi card to look to "all regions" and then doing a scan.

When you say you have scanned at different times, I assume you know it doesn't broadcast 24hrs on Freeview. You'll need to scan after 6pm for it to be found.

Cheers,
Brian

lol - no problem. In the days when I could afford to go to the pub, I used to drink with a guy called Barry (and another called Jack whose real name was actually Brian too). Some bar staff could never get our names right - in the end we decided that as long as we got the right drinks, we didn't care what they called us.

Anyway, I digress...if the scan fails again, you could try adding the following to your scan cache files...
Code:
T:C34,578000,0,0,8~NID:12293~ONID:9018~TSID:24576~P:25856~V:301~A:302~L:eng~PMT:1004~LCN:20~PCR:301~N:>Virgin1
I've edited the frequency for MUX D for Lancaster but the rest is the digital tuning info for Crystal Palace so it may not work.

Cheers,
