but the drivers are installed you can see on the attached image

No they aren't. You have to go through the whole setup procedere to get the BDA-drivers installed. Take a look at the quick installation guide http://www.hauppauge.de/de/site/support/...I-V1.1.pdf -> chapter 4. Checking the WinTV-CI Installation

General comment: The driver of the Hauppauge Wintv-CI is very buggy. You can read it there (if you can speak german)

Excuse me for my delay, the logs that you asked me is attached.

I've taken a look at the logs, and can see the above error, but I'm not sure why its happening.

What data/time is on your PsiParser.ax file?

Those dates and times sound fine.

Maybe try creating a c:\temp directory, and setting HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Devnz\LogPSIProcessing=2, then try to use the CI again, then zip and attach the c:\temp\psi.log file.

Afterwards you'll need to delete that registry setting.

Ah... You might need to copy the hcwWinTVCI.dll file from the Hauppauge WinTV directory to the 'c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr' directory.
