I tried DirectX update, so have the latest available version. proppage.dll is 12/15/2008 04:48am 378,232 bytes
regsvr32 proppage.dll gave this error:

have you tried the cyberlink navigator? usually works best for me...
are you playing an original disk or a rip? what version cyberlink do you have? i believe a config or reg. entry is needed to be able to connect to remote graphs... alternatively, you can just open the 'lastdvdgraph.grf' in gbpvr dir to see what it is...  [only if you set savegraphfiles in config]

I was able to register proppage.dll. Had to open a command window with Administrator privileges (I'm running Vista).
