1.4.7 Installation problem 1401

I?ve the MS redistribuable and Dot.Net installed, the installation starts and then this error message (acnnot create key, error 1401) and the installations stops. I have Windows 7 installed. Tried to search in the forum but didn't find...

does it matter if you tell windows 7 to run the setup as administrator?
