Stutters, pauses and other annoying things!

Using GBPVR through my MVP and watching live TV I often get tiny glitcches, pauses, stutters and other nasties. Any ideas why?

A suggestion, hopefully not your best one but you could be losing packets. Test your cable by trying a bunch of pings to make sure that you are not losing any.
