Installation Problem

Trying to install for the first time on Win2K O/S. Encountered the following error message:

"File or assembly name NativeUtilities, or one of its dependencies was not found"

Options are to Quit or Continue. Quit closes the program, Continue causes it to freeze.

Any suggestions????

A couple of Win2k users noted they had to upgrade the version of Windows Media Player to get things working.
