I created a zap2it account, entered my name and password correctly. When I click update EPG it tells me

Your EPG source does not appear to be configured correctly. Please check the EPG source settings and try again.

The card I have is WinTV-PVR-500MCE. I have had problems with this card since I tried installing it a few days ago. My computer automatically installed the drivers for it and when I tried running the setup file to install the program it said cannot find hcwpnp32.dll. So, I am not even sure if this card is completely installed. Do I need to install the program that came with the card?

What should I do?

Can you try again, then post your config.exe.log file?

I have a few config.exe files

config.exe
config.exe-1
config.exe-2
config.exe.manifest
config.exe-native
config.exe-native-1
config.exe-native-2

which one do you need and how would I post it up?

Windows is probably set to hide the file extension for you. Turn this option off and you'll see the .log extension.

I'm after the config.exe.log, immediately after you reproduce the problem.

Did you setup you channel line up on the zap2it site http://labs.zap2it.com?

If so, email your username and password to me at support@devnz.com and I'll try it myself to see what is going wrong.

Wow. I guess you can call me an idiot. I didn't even know about the channel line up.

So, I setup it up and it works, but the TV guide is not displaying anything. What could be wrong with it?

Did you click the 'update epg' button in the config app to pull in the channel listings from zap2it?

I must need some sleep or a break from this or something. The time on my computer was wrong. I fix it and it works perfectly, except the picture could be a little better. It is a little darker than my regular TV.

But, thanks for the help, I appreciate it!
