o2grabber - Is there a problem?

Until few days ago I have used the o2grabber and it worked perfectly.

Suddenly it started amking problems and the GBPVR TVguide cannot be updated. In the first place I assumed it was an GBPVR error, but after I made a new XML file with "XMLTV" i works again. THus, the problem seems to be o2grabber. Please see the thread:

What error do you get in config.exe.log?

I'm in the middle of re installing everything. (after second major hd crash! virus or faulty disk, not sure) However egp update wont work in config. I also use o2grabber and has been working perfectly. This is a clean install of 95.16. I just copied my oroganal o2grabber folder. Maybe a clean d/l etc will help. Will post later, kids to put bed!

Strange! After testing, I can get GB to update the egp with 3 channels.(3 channels, 3 days) If I ask o2grabber to pulling 4 or more channels the EGP updater in GB wont work. I've tried all combos with deleting chanels etc.

Before I was upgrading GB from previous versions. Now this is a clean install of XP and 95.16. Please note that o2grapper is still the same version. The only thing that I havn't done is install service pack 1 in XP......

What error does it show in config.exe.log after you do an 'Update EPG'?

OK here are the logs and the xml files. I have treid various combinations like just lowercase xml file name. I maneged 4 channels! Got all exitet and thought I had found the prob. But I'm back to only getting in 3 channels.......

This one baffels me as o2grabber has worked really well before.

I've just tried your four channel file here, and it loads without any problems.

From the look of your logs, it looks like some problem downloading a icon.

You could temporarily try deleting the <icon> tags from the XML file to see if the problem goes away.

Jep, the url to the logos is no longer valid, must of taken down the logos last week, about the same time my media disk crashed.(had a back up of all my films but lost a week of recordings)

I disabled the logo option in o2grabber prog, but the config file in o2grabber still had the option enabled. I delated the o2grabber files and started from scratch, that worked.

A case of could see the forest for trees......
