Can't find hauppage 350

After installing gb-pvr and configure it the hauppage 350 can't be found. ("no available PVR350 was detected in the system&quotWink
Can you help me?

check you have the drivers installed correctly for the card

Yes The latest drivers are installed.

Can you use the PVR350 TV out with the original Hauppauge WinTV software?

No I can't the program is running I have set up the channels, when I start TV rhe massege ("Video is playing back using TV out, press home to return to menu&quotWink
Afther that the program is hanging.

Remember when you're using the PVR350 hardware decoder, the video only comes out of the TV Out connector on the back of the PVR350.

If you want to see it on your desktop, you should set the 'hardware decoder' option to 'none - use software decoding'.

Is this with your PVR350 decoder enabled or disabled?

Did you try to play a file, or did you receive the error immediately? In either case, zip and email your log files from c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look.
