I had an older version of GBPVR and installed the newest one for the auto commercial skip. My previous version had been working flawlessly and EPG updates from Zap2IT were no problem. During the new configuration, I attempted to load the EPG and got the following message:

Failure in ChannelFactory:Confusedtore Channels[]: The INSERT INTO statement contains the following unknown field name:'wst_subtitle_page'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and try the operation again.

I have been trying for two days to load the EPG with no luck. Since I switched ISP from dialup to Roadrunner since I first subscribed to Zap2IT, I thought that might have been the problem. I had my wife fill out a new subscription with a different user name and password using the Roadrunner address, and got the same message when I tried to load the EPG.

Any ideas?

It sounds like one of your database updates failed during the upgrade.

The easiest way to get it going again involves deleting the gbpvr.mdb file, but this will mean loosing your recording history.

I suspected that the old GBPVR.MDB file might have been the problem, so I put the copy on my C drive, figuring I could put it in later, and tried to do a fresh install but had all sorts of problems. I even tried to install the old version of GBPVR , but had lots of problems. After reading your post, I deleted it and had no more problems. GBPVR must have somehow found the old GBPVR.MDB file and somehow got it screwed up. Thanks a bunch.

Now if I could just get Showanalyzer to work.........
