Looking for a starting point

I'm looking for a "faq" or info on how to get this program to work as a simple TV viewer in the USA, cable, using a Hauppauge PVR-150.
Thanks in advance for any help you may offer...

If you're just after a simple TV viewier, you're probably better off with the Hauppauge WinTV software.

Or, if you want to be able to pause live tv while you're watching, this is what I did:

- Install the hardware and latest drivers.
- Follow the QuickStart installation instructions in the Wiki.

To get the channel guide and auto-channel setup, use the zap2it service (assuming you're in NA). The configuration tool for GBPVR has the instructions to get you going on that.
