It seems that zap2it was having problems yesterday but i am still having problems. when I went to update my EPG like I have done about 5 times now I keep getting this message.
Your EPG source does not appear to be configured correctly.
The setting appear be the same as before USA/CANADA I don’t think I changed anything at all. i am using hauppage 150 i logged into zap2it and the forum is still down are they still having problems or is something wrong on my end.

Thanks

Edit config.xml and set <SaveZap2itXML>true</SaveZap2itXML>. Next time you click 'update epg' it'll create a c:\zap2it.xml file which contains the data returned from zap2it. Zip and attach this file.

Its in the "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\" directory. Edit this file with notepad.exe, not wordpad or other editor. Be careful editing this file. Its worth backing it up incase you make a mistake.

Yes, that was to be expected. This wasnt going to fix anything. Read my post again:

In this file it should contain clues as to what is happening. Attach the file and I'll try to give you feedback on what is happening.

Sorry to be blunt, but if you cant find that file, this probably isnt the application for you.

Here's the error at the end of the zap2it.xml file:

...
<map station='34936' channel='61' from='2003-11-12'/>
<map station='46432' channel='58' from='2005-10-03'/>
</lineup>
</lineups>
<schedules>
<SOAP-ENV:Fault>
<faultcode xmlns:ns1='urn:TMSWebServices'>ns1:ZTVWebServiceTechnicalError</faultcode>
<faultstring>An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. If this message reappears, please contact support.</faultstring>
<detail><faultnumber>100</faultnumber></detail>
</SOAP-ENV:Fault>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

- Let me know if you want whole file. Smile

Looks like it's a problem on their end. :\

No, thats the important bit.

Yes, based on the message, I'd have to agree with that. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do than wait and hope they fix it soon.

There support forums are down, so I cant even ask them about it.
