config problem

I have a hauppauge win/tv 878/9 and config doesn't seem to see the card. It works with wintv and shows in device manager. Is this card supported? or any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Your card is not a PVR, this means it has no hardware MPEG-2 Encoder OnBoard. It COULD be possible to use her, if you're installing additionally the Software-Driver:
