I posted this once before, thought I would try again.
Does anyone else see the captions out of sync the further you go in the program?
Does anyone know if the timeline in GBPVR increments at 30hz or 29.97 for NTSC?

Seems like I'm the only one with this problem but just in case, here is a program that will retime the captions to 30hz from 29.97. This fixes the sliding caption issue.
Unzip the archive into the gbpvr dir. The executable will end up in the Third Party\srtmod dir.
Call it from either postprocessing.bat or parallelprocessing.bat after the mpg2srt line.

Typical usage is "Third Party"\srtmod\srtmod.exe file.mpg [o]
The program will look for a file.srt file and will write the output to file.srttemp.
Use the o option after the filename to overwrite the input file. The output is then file.srt

A typical postprocessing.bat would be something like
comskip %1
mpg2srt %1
"Third Party"\srtmod\srtmod %1 o
