Installation problem

I tried to upgrade to latest version of GB-PVR and I get this error message:

Error 1904, module C:\ Program Files\devnz\PslParser.ax failed to register,
HRESULT-2147010895. Contact your support personnel.

As far as I know all of the MS Windows (XP Pro) updates have been installed and all the patches from the forum. Anyone have any ideas?

Athlon XP 1800+
PC Chips mainboard
Nvidia 5200 graphics
512 Mb ram

GB-PVR is a pretty straight forward install with no options except which directory to install it in.

ok you need
.net 2
and did you go to the link i provided
plus dont change the folder it tells you to put it in or you may have issues

That's the 1 file I neglected to install.
