If I use the Escape key to exit a DVD any key I hit takes me back into the disk. It only happens once. After that, I can hit the right arrow button and then up arrow to change selections. I can use the mouse to bypass this issue and if I use the close button onscreen via PVRX2 the problem doesn't occur at all.

Little more info for sub: The DVD gets restarted if you exit after the screensaver timeout has occured. If you exit the DVD before the screensaver timeout elapses, the menu functions as normal. I don't think the problem occurs if you use the mouse and click the "X" onscreen but I can't remember for sure.

(I kept meaning to mention this but always forgot.)

I get the same thing useing the remote - I dont think the screen saver matters. When I exit the DVD back to the main menu, anything I press takes me back into the DVD, then after exiting again it's fine...

I see the same thing as well. Have noticed this for many versions... just never bothered to bring it up on the forum. It's only mildly annoying.

The screen sver doesn't actually kick in. It's the screensaver timeout. I tested it and whenever it occurs, it is always after the logs show a screensaver timeout entry. If you start a DVD and exit in less than a minute, the problem doesn't occur.

I also have had this problem for several versions, I considered it a minor annoyance as I do not often play DVD's.
