Capture from the output of a cable box

I am using a Pinnacle Ultimate stick and am looking for a new viewer that uses less CPU. I am trying to use your product to capture the output of a cable box and gbpvr is not seeing channel 3.
Does your product support this configuration?

Sorry, but only supports analog tv on devices with hardware MPEG2 encoder. This device doesnt have this, so wont be usable for this task in GB-PVR.

(the Pinnacle app is needing to software encode, which is why its using a lot of CPU)
