Sub,

I know you are swamped, I just wanted to check and see if you got the log files I sent you concerning my Dual PVR-150 issues?

No rush, just checking to make sure they got there.

Thanks,

I dont have two PVR150's so I havnt been able to perform the exact same tests, but I did try with a PVR500, which from an application point of view just appears to be two PVR150. The tests you listed in your email seem to work fine. I also tried with a PVR150 and PVR350. Also fine.

In your logs all of your failures seem related to one of your two PVR150s.

You have two different models of PVR150, which report themselves as:

Model 26052 Rev C185

Tuner[1]: Model 85 (TCL 2002N_6A)

Decoder: 30

AudioIC: 37

IR[/QUOTE]
and

When ever GB-PVR tries to start the graph relating to this second device, the graph fails to start and returns the error: ERROR_DEVICE_NOT_CONNECTED. I'm not sure why this is.

Sub,

What tool did you use to get this information?
What version 150 do you have?
Is the graph only used when the device is used to record? Because the card works for LiveTV Preview Mode just not LiveTV PVR mode or a second scheduled recording.
What log file reports the error?

Thanks for all your help,
jjakober

GB-PVR reads it off the card and dumps it into gbpvrrecordingservice.exe-native.log

A graph is also used for preview mode, but it is quite different and doesnt use all the same components.

Sub,

Here is what I have found out after many uninstalls, reloads, card shuffles and many other things:

If I remove both PVR-150’s from device manager and then reboot the computer, WinXP will discover the hardware and install it.

Now I can record two shows at the same time. The problem is, of I reboot the computer then the original problem will return and only one show will actually be recorded even though the tray icon says they are both being recorded.

Any ideas, anyone??

Thanks,
jjakober
