Windows EPG Issue

I can't seem to figure out this issue. Here is the screenshot.

Let's see refresh your browser cache with ctrl-f5. We would need to see the zipped logs. It could be IPTV with too many channels.

Where is your EPG coming from? If it's an IPTV source, they're notorious for having shitty EPG data, with listings for some channels and not for others.
