Since upgrading to 2.3.6 I've been experiencing problems with my recordings. I'm using 2 Avermedia AVerTV TwinStar dual tuners on Windows 7 64bit. What seems to be happening is when I have recordings scheduled on all 4 tuners and there is a tuner change due to pre-padding, recordings start to fail.
In the logs(NRecord.log.1) attached, Doctor Who is the first show to start recording, Alcatraz is moved to a different tuner. Both of these complete successfully. Supernatural starts recording but stops when Doctor Who stops. They are both on different networks. According to NPVR Supernatural continued being recorded as scheduled but when the file is opened, it is only 11-12 minutes long.
The remaining recordings all fail resulting in 0 byte files and the signal failed to lock error message. The task bar icon was still red during recording and it said the tuners were recording their respective shows.
Trying to start recordings after that resulted in 0 byte files. After I restarted the recording service, I could manually record 4 separate networks via the TV guide successfully. I've attached the files in the logs directory.
Please let me know if any further information is required. Thanks for your help!
I have just downloaded the latest version off the wiki (to try & get my JustRetro skin updated for it) & now after doing a search & selecting a title that has multiple results when I press Enter it pops up the Details popup & not the list of shows, what am I doing wrong??
What is the easiest way to flush out / reset NPVR's recurring recording history? Deleting old recordings and then deleting and re-adding recurring recordings doesn't do this.
I am new to NPVR and tried to install everything according to the instructions. However, after being able to find my channels, etc. I still don't get a picture when going to live TV or recording. Both the buffer and recorded files show 0 bytes. Please help - attached is my log.
I use ota epg guide data. If a particular channel has no guide data, I dont get any channel indicator when I change channels or use control "b" in live tv. Is this normal and if it is can I change something to always show channel number when changing channels or hitting ctrl "b". If there is data in the tv guide, the channel number shows.
When I update the epg, I get the following error in the nrecord log:
Code:
Unexpected error in PurgeOldDeletes(): System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException: The database file is locked

at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.ExecuteReader(CommandBehavior behavior)
at System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteCommand.ExecuteNonQuery()

I've attached the logs. Anyone else getting this? Is this serious for the epg etc?
After adding couple of manual recordings via web interface I cannot see "Manage Recordings" (Manage2.aspx) page - I only see error message as below.
Couple of ideas:
1. Maybe the recording name was too long or had special (also national non-ascii) chars, I copy-pasted names from another tv guide web site.
2. TV Guide page had some channels (4 or 5 actually) missing, and this is why I used Manual Recording instead of selecting from the Guide. I could still select all channels from manual recording. After a while the other channels reappeared also, maybe it was EPG loading issue.
Recording service itself seems to work, I can see video files appearing at least. But I don't see recording list.
I have the latest current version.
Error page what I get is:

Hi Brian, attached is a screen shot showing current day timeslot replication on my device. This was also apparent on the previous version. Not sure if you have seen this. Otherwise great and thx for your time.
