This might (or might not) be totally unrelated to mvpmcx2. But I post it here since I use the NMT as a Frontend to GB-PVR.
I mentioned in an earlier post that I have experienced several occasions where GB-PVR just keeps scrolling in the menus after a key-press. It happened today after I upgraded mvpmcx2 (and lircd) to the latest version (this is not only related to this change I am sure, it has happened before the upgrade so no change in behavior). After a power-cycle of my NMT it loaded mvpmcx2 and displayed the GB-PVR GUI. But after pressing the down-key once it started scrolling through the menu (straight down). I captured the logs and attach them to this post.
Maybe it is the remote sending multiple keystrokes since I see quite a few keypress events even though I know I only pressed the key once. After a minute or so it stopped scrolling and I could navigate in a regular manner.
This is not a big issue, just a bit annoying and NOT a bit lower WAF.
I thought the navigating in the menus did get a bit faster with this new mvpmcx2 but that might just be me imagining things.
Other than that everything works great since I uninstalled weather2 plugin.
Had a couple of hangs but that is probably related to the mpg-bug in GB-PVR that you mentioned. And I have a few videos that always hang the NMT, I suspect that they got recorded when there were no signal to the TV-card (kids had pulled the antenna-cable out of one of my two FloppyDTV and I did not see that for a couple of days), the only solution I have found is power-cycle of NMT and delete the files. Unfortunatly I have not tried them in other mediaplayers but will do that on the next file i find that behaves like this...
Hi, not sure if this is a CS or ML thread but... Using CS4-WS in Music Library2 the current track time display on the playlist page seems to be in too large a font so it's missing one digit.
Firstly I can only find Music Library 3 folder in skin2, so I'm hoping its common to ML2 and 3 ans secondly I tried changing 16.6,33.3 to 15, 25 in- <!-- position in track minuteseconds

I think this is probably one of those annoyng repeat questions that most new users throw in but after a couple of hours blundering about in the forums I haven't found a solution.
I was looking for a better PVR than the software that came with my KWORLD PLUS TV USB Stick and came across GBPVR ... it looks to be just what I wanted.
After installation the config tool found my card and also found all the TV channels I expected, happily showing them in preview mode .. all seemed to be OK.
However after starting the main application and selecting LIVE TV there was no response at all ! The "TV Guide" shows all the EPG information so that looks OK. The STATUS option on the tray icon shows my tuner as SLEEPING.
Can somebody please tell me how to wake it up. If I shut down the GBPVR and fire up the HyperMediaCenter from KWORLD it functions as expected.
I've had this problem several times and while I did learn enough to write down the solution last time (at least I remember doing so), I left that info at home.
I can't get my in-laws NMT (PCH A100) to see GBPVR as a media source. I remembered the MVPMC and GBPVR folders need to be shared, and of course you need to setup GBPVR to auto start a server for it - what else am I missing?

I have a few custom tasks set up. Some (like Hulu Desktop) hides GBPVR just fine. Others, don't anymore. In other words, they used to yesterday, but stopped hiding GBPVR. Any thoughts?
I just upgraded my in-laws GB-PVR to 1.4.7 in the process of adding an NMT.
While I'm still working on that, I noticed I cannot lauch Config.exe anymore (I did earlier today when it was still 1.3.11). The only changes I can think of were the upgrade to v1.4.7, the installation of MVPMC, and enabling sharing of the MVPMC and GBPVR folders. The config.exe.log file is attached.
There is a new version of mvpmcx2 with the following changes.
1. New KeyMapping functionality post your questions on this thread.
There will be a few changes because of this update
- The record key is now on the Delete
- Page Up/Down control paging not volume by default
- Use the Audio key to change audio streams on multi-audio streams (in GBPVR mode)
- A new lircd will be required (attached) if you are using the Hauppauge or MCE remotes
2. Changes that might make Resume work from the Recordings screen in more situations.
Is it possable to pad the channel number to 4 digits? I am using the net2hipsend and can check the option to pad to 3 digits but my fios box uses 4 digits so it doesn't really speed it up.
I like different skip lengths depending on the type of show. Especially for different types of sports, like between pitches (baseball), or snaps (American football.) It would be great to be able to change this right in PVRX2.
I will give up my good old installation (PVR350 + PVR150MCE).
