Hi ,
I seem to be having a problem with my cinergy hybrid usb XS FM.
When I try to set it up, under recording source, I choose Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS (or Cinergy Hybrid T USB XS FM) and set EPG Source to either DVB EPG Broadcast or XMLTV Plugin I am unable to tune any channels.

If I choose DVB EPG Broadcast and Mpa digital channels I recieve an 'unable
to start the BDA device you have configured' error and an unhandled exception error.
If I use XMLTV and select the XML file from Cinergy then no channels are shown at all.

Any help is appreciated.

I'm a new owner of a NMT HDX-1000 and I'm in trouble to configure it to work with GBPVR.

Can you please explain what fields shall I change in the files script.cgi and index.html in order to have it working?

By the way the path to my shared mvpmc folder is //ASUS3800/mvpmc and the name in the screen is GBPVR.

This isn't a huge issue, but it is a little odd and has only been happening recently. It seems that everytime the computer wakes from hibernate/sleep PVRX2 closes then opens. It's very quick and it took me a while to even notice that it was happening! Actually, there are no real problems associated with it, but it just seems weird. This may be due to some update to Windows (I use Vista) or maybe it started happening after I loaded v1.2.13

Any ideas, suggestions, answers? Like I said, no bid deal, just wondering if anyone else has noticed this and could find a cause.

I really don't know anything about programming, but will this mean anything for GBPVR?

Anyways, many different distros of Linux have really been getting very nice lately. If Windows Vista wasn't provided to me free of charge (thank goodness) by my university, I probably would have already switched. Well, that and because I need Windows for GBPVR, of course.

Have Windows XP pro, 2 Hauppauge 1600 cards. When in live TV mode and hit the record button on remote a box pops up to record show. I hit record and it records on both 1600 cards. One card it records fine other card sound is distorted. I would think it should only record on one card not both. I no its using both because when I go back to Main Menu and try either to hit Live TV again it says I have no tuner available. I should have one. Also if I try and use TV guide to record another show it says same thing no tuner available. If I choose to cancel show it then shows iam recording the same show on both cards and gives me the option to cancel one of the recordings (same recording but doing it on both cards) I cancel one of the recording then I can record another show on the other 1600 tuner NOW available or go back to Live TV and watch a different channel.

So basically in Live TV mode only,, hitting record button it ties up both 1600 cards. But can work around it by canceling the second cards recording.
Only in Live TV does this happen. For example I can from TV Guide record 2 shows on at same time on different channels without a problem.

I can zip and attach log files later today if you would like to take a look.

I think I know how this works, but I just wanted some verification.

If I have a recurring schedule set, but I want to cancel it for one time only, do I accomplish that by going into Pending Recordings, and canceling that particular episode?

I just want to make sure that will cancel the one episode, and not the entire season.

After install and config I can't watch tv. I have the channels and channel guide I get the "No Tuners are available to watch the requested channel..." message. I read a similar post from sept. 28th and did as he did. I installed an Mpeg 2 codec and registered it. I hit the live preview box, and I made sure that C:\temp exists.
However, I am not getting any audio preview, if that makes a difference

I also created the 'skin' folder to allow the settings function to work.

alas, I am still not viewing TV.

I have an issue where in live TV a couple of the channels are pink and have no contrast (see pic below). If i record these channels the picture is perfect. Also if i make a change in the GBPVR folder that requires the permission to continue (vista are you sure window) and i click OK the picture clears up and is perfect. I just hate to have to make a folder to get a clear picture.

After much playing around and hunting through the forums, I have managed to get live tv to play on my client but when I change the channel I get exactly 3 seconds of the new channel then it freezes. I can only get out through the task manager. On restarting and returning to live tv I get the channel I have changed to but further changes have the same result. Live tv runs fine on the server BTW

I am streeming and using the cyberlink BDA multiplexer on the server
