Everything looks good, and I have no redraw issues other than the following, which I will try to explain as best I can.
All the menus seem to work just fine except the recordings screen. When I scroll down the list of recordings all is OK until I reach the last one on the screen. When I click down again, rather than everything scrolling up it seems to do nothing - I get the feeling it has gone off the bottom. Continued down clicks do nothing but as soon as I click up the bottom item is updated to be the one in the list I assume it was at as I clicked down through the list. Continued up clicks work back up the screen updating each item as it goes, and sometimes an item is displayed more than once.
Does that make any sense at all? I've just read it back and not sure it will but would welcome any comments.
Could it be that the number of items in the list has been calculated incorrectly somewhere so it thinks it can display more than it can?
Sometimes with various up/down clicks you can get it to scroll correctly for a while.
I have had this problem since I started with the PCH. I have always used the 1080p option and changing the screen size/position has not had any effect on this behaviour.
Having got it all working so well it's frustrating that this little issue won't seem to go away so thanks for any help you can give.
I have just re-installed Windows XP and GBPVR on my client PC (I have GBPVR installed as a server on a separate PC).
I am not getting any video (black screen only) when playing back live tv or video (mpeg2 and DivX/Xvid .avi) from my collection. I can hear the audio correctly though.
I have tried several settings including different video renderers and also registering the Cyberlink BDA multiplexer without success.
I used to be have full functionality on this client PC, so I guess I am missing something on the new install.
Any ideas?
Well this is the second box I have installed this on and I cant seem to get it to record. When i record a show it creates a directory with the show name and a .TS file but the file never grows in size, its stays at 0KB.
Ideas what I'm doing wrong here. I have an HDHomerun tuner, remapped the channels correctly and am getting EPG information from yahoo via YApi2XML. I can watch LiveTV fine but recording does not work?

I am converting TS recording to XviD. But there is sound when i played the converted file.
I am not sure which codec i need to install to get the sound.
Could you please advise me which codec would be good if i want to convert the ts recording to Xvid or DivX?
Don't know if this is weird (or I'm just missing some config info) but the Tuning Assistant has no problem finding my TV Tuner card (and the channels). However, when I open GBPVR and try to watch live TV, I get "No tuners available to watch the requested channel." So, what am I missing? My config for it looks like this:
Direct Recording Plug In w/EPG Plugin = XMLTV and no Channel Changer. Then, this is configured as an Analog Recording Plug in which is, in turn, set up as an ATI TV Wonder Elite. Internal Tuner with a cable connection. USA is the country and it is the only capture device.
Am I missing something in config? Other software I have recognizes the card and I can watch live TV through the other software. I have a Windows XP Media Center machine. Media Center is currently hosed royally so I really need something else. Any thoughts? Sorry for the wordy description.

I'd like to here comments on how you guys would like to see WOL implemented with mvpmcx2 and GBPVR. The problem is that with mvpmc it was easy since the app and all the utilities are on the MVP in contrast to mvpmcx2 which has all the apps, scripts etc on the very machine you likely want to wake up.
It's an alternative to the Standard Screensaver which displays album art and stuff when you are using pvrx2 for music playback.
To install, simply download and unzip into your GBPVR folder. Have a look at the readme.txt file in the Plugins/MLPanel folder for more details.
It has been developed and tested with pvrx2 1.2.9 Music Library and Music Library2 7.2, but it may work with previous versions.
A bit of background... I found GBPVR about a year ago and loved ML2Panel (I listen to music a lot), so I pestered Psycik to release the source code to me and eventually I wore him down - I also use Jaggy's Blue_Retro_SHV skin, so I asked him to be an early tester (with a view to getting a B-R-SHV skin ) - he offered to do all the skinnning, so...
Thanks to Psycik for the basic source and the use of his Interfaces.dll - Jaggy for the skins and his testing and suggestions - all the other Alpha testers for their input.

I would like a bit of input first though,
Do we want to make a new category on the wiki for "Clients"?
have one nice page for the native (gbpvr on a PC) client, then subcategories for the MVP and the NMT?
While were at it we should probably break the MediaMVP page up into smaller bite size chunks (or at least two pages)
There is lots of room for documentation on the NMT, including setup (and the various ways to do it), remote reference, troubleshooting.
