Once again, beautiful work sub. The only thing i have run into, however, is that all of my shows recorded in Hi Def on the HDHomeRun are now choppy during playback. Playback was flawless on all recordings in 99.12. I was previously using VMR9. Ive tried VMR9 Custom, VMR FSE, and Overlay....all with choppy playback.

Playback in WMP is fine. All recordings are in the DVR-MS format. I have been using the Nvidia Purevideo audio/video decoders. Any ideas? Ive checked my CPU loads and during playback im not hitting over 15-20%. I love the interface so id hate to have to revert.

Oh and I have the same playback issues if i use the GBPVR.exe or the PVRx2.exe.

mvp brings up the ui - but disconnects if I want to watch TV and bring up an errror message on the desktop (attached)

I just installed the new version and Live TV was no longer working. I use the HDHomerun and had to add the entries back to the bda.ini in the GBPVR directory:

Beta for 3.0 is out. Any users/developers that use it and understand xml skinning, I invite to take a look at the baseskin.xml in the skin2\community folder and the plugins skinned therein.

What looks like it needs to be added, removed, improved upon?

I have implemented aspect ratio "locking" for the BlueMCE menu task images and all default library thumbnails. How are the results?

Things needed to be considered with the skinplugin to be updated is that there will be different menu folders, image destinations, and baseskin.xml folders.

There is no installer for this, just extract to the \gbpvr\skin2 folder.
Theme changing does not work. Panels are not yet availible in the new UI, so that is missing. Default theme is BlueMCE2. To use images from a different theme you may be using, you will have to copy the _CommonImages folder over from the \gbpvr\skin\Community folder to the \gbpvr\skin2\Community folder.

This is a work in process and I ask that you be patient, all themes will be crossed over to the new UI as soon as I can manage.

An additional feature of the new UI will mean there will no longer need to be a separate widescreen Community skin. At least that is the plan.....

Sub....I need to drop my firewall on the GBPVR pc to connect the MVP.....what ports should be open for MVP communication?

I just watched a video in video library using the new build and i have noticed the delete option is no longer there on the left side.

Is this a bug or is there a new way to delete files now?

when I run the new GUI, it pups up with a list of options.
but if I try to scroll through the options, or choose one, I get an unhandled exception.

but the old GUI works good

I cannot get any plugins to appear as a choice in the config plugins tab.
Xrecord is the only one I really care about at this time, but I have a couple others that are not appearing.

GBPVR.exe is working fine with .iso images.

PVRX2.exe freezes when I try to load an .iso image from Video Library. It askes me if I want to resart or resume, then it freezes. I have to kill it with task manager.
