I avoid compusa rebates as rule.
I have have been burned more often than not when it came to collecting those rebates.

From the info on Hauppauge's site, it looks like the 150 has an IR Blaster that can control other devices. Is that correct?

It can, but before you get your hopes up too much, check on the same hauppauge site, that your "other device" is supported. The Hauppauge blaster does not learn - it's control codes for other devices are hard coded into the IR blaster application
