HD picture problem

Here's a little more info.. I haven't tried any other video card yet.. actually haven't done anything but slept, and now I'm at work, but...

Not only is the picture stuttering, but the audio is just as bad, which makes me think that it is probably not only the video card right?

Another thing I noticed, is that this didn't seem to happen on our local Fox channel. I don't know why, it was 1280i just like the others, but that one just didn't seem to stutter at all. BUT then I woke up a few hours later, and it was even worse than the other channels...

Also, in case anyone is wondering, I checked the channels through the STB, and there was no stutter, so it wasn't the signal they were sending me. I know when it comes time for sun outages, the signal looks and sounds exactly like this.

The video not keeping up can cause the audio to stutter too.

I'm pretty sure its related to the card. I've never seen another user indicating they could successfully do HD with one of these video cards.

Oh wow I had no idea that would affect the sound also. That's a relief, I was dreading having to fix a decoder problem considering how easy the video card fix would be. It seems every time I mess with codecs, I'll fix a problem and then I'll find out some other video file will stop working right. I'll try another video card if I can find one, and let you know how it goes.
