I also use the AC3 filter for the audio portion and have had the best luck with Intverdio Video Recorder. I had been using Nvidia but had sync issues that came and went whenever it wanted to. It also seemed to slow my system down but I can't be sure. But, Nvidia did seem to have better picture quality but I don't watch that much of live tv.

I have actually managed to find the error (!) now...

I have an iRam 4GB discdrive. I have my Live-TV buffer there (J:\GBPVR).

I have a WD Raptor 150GB system disk. Since I never use the recordingfunctions in GBPVR I have not changed the standard directory from C:\ as it is installed. When I moved this parameter to J:\GBPVR, that is to the iRam drive, it resolved the problem.

This would indicate that the Live-TV Buffer parameter is not working as it is supposed to, or ? any ideas sub ?

Nope, I was wrong, I stil have the delayed sound issue. The video stream from the tuner card is spot on, however the audiostream is slower... They are out of sync... The buffer part does not work for some reasone for the sound stream.

I've just taken another look at your logs posted on the last page. I did notice one error I hadnt seen last time I looked:

Quote:10:29:05.062 VERBOSE FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: ATI AVStream MPEG2 Multiplexer

I'm not sure why you're getting this, but may be contributing to this problem.
