You've configured it to use a USB-UIRT remote, but dont have one attached to your machine. Start the config app, go to the 'dvd & remote' tab and set to remote type to 'default'.

A USB-UIRT is a specific product, not a generic name for a USB connected remote.

EDIT: Didn't see the second page of this w/ the solution to the other guy's problem. Go figure, I had the same thing setup in my config. Changed that in the Config app and sure enough fired right up with no error message.
