Thanks sub, you have helped enough.

If anyone is familiar with the graph recorder plugin, could you please help? Also, if GBPVR is the first thing I use after booting, the card is not initialized. I currently have to run something like Open Video Capture before GBPVR just to initialize the card. If there are any programmer types that could write something to do the initializatin, I could use it at startup. Hope I'm not asking for too much!

If the card har a WDM-driver you might also get it working with the SoftwareRecorder plugin, I'v managed to get an old WinTv-pci card up and running whth this plugin, even though the quality is not the best I'v seen. Now, the SW-recorder plugin is a little bit tricky to install under newer versions of gbpvr, you must make a folder under .\gbpvr\plugins\ called Software Recorder (.\devnz\gbpvr\plugins\Software Recorder\) and put the files belonging to the plugin here also.

Good luck Smile

Many thanks for the info. Let me play around with it. Also, not sure if this the place to ask, but I can't seem to get a Live TV capture graph to work. I have attached a screen print of my preview graph which works fine.

The graph looks ok to me, except I don't think the video-renderer should be there when used by gbpvr... I'v also fiddled a lot with the graph-recorder plugin but never got it to work properly so I gave it up and used the Software Recorder instead.

Reddwarf,

This is the preview graph that works. I can't seem to get a capture graph together that works. Haven't had a chance to play around with the 'software recorder' yet though.

OK, I installed the software recorder plugin and am nearly there. PVRX2 now initializes my card on startup. This is great news! Live TV works flawlessly, but I cannot record. I get record to work.

I tried to change the image size with Radlight Filter Manager, but the image size width and height boxes, 720x480, are protected. Is there something else that I can reconfigure to fix this problem?

Appreciate the help!

You need to go into the Recorder Configuration settings, and change the Quality Profile for recording. That's where the image height and width is chosen for recording.
