Check that you can record file correctly in WinTV first, before starting to use GB-PVR. This will give you a good indication that you card is functioning correctly. To me, it looks like your PVR card isn't working correctly. From the logs it looks like your Live TV files (in C:\TV Opname) are zero bytes long. This typically can happen if you PVR card is sharing an IRQ with another device, and sometimes means that things just dont work. In the Windows Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Device Manager, select the "view -> resources by type" menu option and check whether the IRQ is being shared with anything else. I suspect it is, and this is causing your problem.
Like I said, try and get WinTV working first, then try GB-PVR.
