Emptied EPG -now can't get listings back?

Maybe I just have to wait for a while for it to sync - not sure.
I did an "Empty EPG" from the config becasue I wanted to tweak the channels some.
I then did an Update EPG and watched it download the listings from Zap2it. It processed the information.
I can watch live tv and switch to all the channels and even find shows through search guide - but- the Guide and XGuide are completely blank of any listings at all. any ideas?

I had something similar yesterday. It takes a few minutes for the guides to activate - in my case I got frustrated emptying and obtaining and repeating. So I removed by login from zapit. Restarted the config, replaced the info, updated it then I left it for like 5 minutes or so and when I got back to the computer it was updated in the guide.

Thanks I got them back.
Before I read your response I wound up removing the capture sources item for the tuner card and and added it again. when I updated the EPG all the channels showed up.
