Heading back to GBPVR due to the recent addition of CI support.
Glad to say the CI support works with my FireDTV satellite.
However, diseqc doesn't work correctly.
Using the diseqc options when selecting the capture source channels are found and can be successfully mapped. However, when trying to view live TV no signal is found from one of the LNB's.
Interestingly, if I change the BDA.INI FireDTV entry for SUPPORTS_BDA_DISEQC from 2 to 1, live TV will select the other LNB.
Any help in getting diseqc to work would be appreciated, as GBPVR with CI support would be the perfect solution.

Plays fine on PC with several media players. MediaInfo program says it's 720x480 resolution MPG2 file. GB-PVR immediately exits when I try to play this recording. All other recordings do the same thing since I changed codecs today to get Live TV and DVD playback working. Why is it that this process is endless and doesn't just work?
The video decoder that ships with WinDVD9 (InterVideo, now owned by Corel) causes the config utility to crash when you click on the ivivideo tab. You need to get to this tab in order to adjust any of the video settings.
If I check the .ax file I believe is involved, it's reported as IVIVIDEO decoder version 9.0.14.84.
Anyone know of a fix for this, as this decoder seems like it would be really good.
What has to be done to get 2 A-100s working on the same system? I wouldn't think running the install program a second time is the way to go. Can someone shed some light on this for a NMT newbie.
Considering the E-Great EG-M34A - is that the present "state of the art" NMT device now?
Also, currently using 2 mvp clients - can the GBPVR server handle a setup with 1 E-Great EG-M34A and 1 mvp ... or do I have to buy 2 x E-Great EG-M34A if I want to change setup?
I have a silly question. I've just moved from Windows Media Center to GB-PVR and I'm very impressed with the software. In MCE I could view all upcoming shows on a given channel just by clicking the channel in the guide. I found this very useful but I can't seem to find a similar feature in the GB-PVR guide. I'm using the latest GB-PVR and the community skin on windows 7 64 bit....Is this feature available?
Considering buying E-Great EG-M34A but would like also to be able to play back dvd discs. Is this possible with the E-Great EG-M34A or do I have to look for another solution?
If yes, any recommendations for dvd player device? Only want silent/simple solution
