I use a MediaMVP...
I find since updating the version to the latest, resume only works sometimes in both the Video Library and the Recordings page.

Any ideas?

I use the MediaMVP if that makes any difference?
When I select delete in the video library, I get the error...
Access to the path "M:\Video\Backup\Buffy-2005-11-11-0.mpg" is denied.

Any ideas?

I've gone through the loads and loads of logs and have not been able to find any errors.
Here's the story...
I scheduled Hi-5 to tape as a reoccurring schedule.
On the 28th, it recorded correctly.
On the 29th, it reports in the Recordings page that it failed. But it did create the mpg file on the disk. Can't watch unless I move it to the video library. Which I have not yet.
On the 30th, it also reports that it failed. No mpg file on the disk.
But, I also tape DrPhil every day which was successful every day.
There was no other recordings scheduled for at least 2 hours both ends of Hi-5.
All my reoccurring recordings have a 3 min pre and 10 min post padding.
I have two PVR500s.
Why did Hi-5 failed but not Dr Phil. I have not rebooted at all and everything else at this stage has recorded successfully.

Why might this be happening?
I recently updated to the latest version on PVR.

I never really used the auto-covert until this latest realease because of the inclusion of auto-transcode to PSP. I love this feature, however soem quality settings for PSP and all the other formats would be much appreciated. This is a pretty low priority request, but whenever you get around to it would be great.

Wish MVP tray icon can be extended to a full blown plug-in where each MVPs actions can be viewed from different locations. Since the MVP Tray can determine the stream each MVP is doing from the PVR machine, it can be extended by just storing it in a database and be extracted by a plug-in that can be viewed from each MVP. This would be useful in several instances such as not deleting a movie, video, audio being viewed by another in another room, or it can also determine/prevent a shutdown, hibernate, standby call that will disrupts somebody else's viewing, it can also determine if the video my children are watching has already ended, etc. etc.

Just got this card today. It came white boxed with the driver CD and a header with a second set of Composite/Audio/S-Video inputs. Can someone tell me where to plug the header into? The card has two header plugs called Header 1 and Header 2 (I think). I was thinking that the inputs built onto the card backplane would be for the first tuner and that the additional header would be for the second tuner. I'm a bit confused as to why there are two header plugs. So, which plug do I plug the header into??

I am using a Panasonic Plasma with WXVGA input connected to my Media Centre box. It is set to standard 16:9 mode and all XP screen output looks good and works well. If I set GB-PVR to full screen mode, it cuts off the bottom part of the screen. I am using an ATI Radeon card and the TV Tuner is a Tul Theater 550. I can not see any place where the aspect ratio can be changed or where I can adjust the screen to at least pad unused areas with black strips.

Does anyone have any advice or ideas on how to fix this.?

Any possibility of delaying the XML TV update like is done for the Zap2It download if a recording is about to start or in progress. I've had a couple of recordings scheduled for 2am because that is when a show wasn't in conflict with another, and even though a show is recording, the XML TV download starts, and messes up the recording. XML TV processing takes a bit of CPU and messes up the recordings if it is running at the same time.

I'll probably move my download time around, but I'm sure I'm going to run into the conflict again.

I am using an MVP and have tried the following skins

Christmas Collection

I am using the music player plugin to play mp3s in jukebox mode but screen saver never comes on

the code relating to the screensaver in config.xml appears to be identical to the previous version

anybody got any ideas,
