This skin is compatible with everything in the normal Blue skin, including the My Pictures plugin, Theatre plugin, and Weather plugin.
I have included a second "skin.xml" in the Main Menu folder for use with the Media MVP, which disables display of the clock and next recording panels (until Sub get's it fixed).
If you ARE using the Media MVP, delete the "skin.xml" in the Main Menu folder, rename "Media MVP skin.xml" to just "skin.xml" and it should work.
As always, download my skins here: http://members.shaw.ca/dvdeo/ and please take a second and give some feedback/suggestions/critique
Sorry about this but I'm a newbie and can't seem to find any info on this ...
I'm running a pvr 150 and 250 how do I tell GBPVR which card I want it to record from...
I'm having trouble with gbpvr when I watch a show I have recorded. The recording process works fine, and I can access a show from the "ready" tab. After watching a show for an extended period of time, say 30-45 minutes, I stop the show. The gbpvr window goes either black or white (I've seen both now) and the application in the task manager shows "Not Responding". I'm forced to close gbpvr and restart it.
I'm using the overlay mode for rendering, not DX7 or DX9 as I was getting some skipping under those modes...
Can anyone tell me which configuration files are used to schedule recordings? I think I used XRecord to schedule a few of my favorite shows. But at the moment this plugin will give me "error, Specified comparer threw an exception".
When using the 'Recordings' tab I found 1808 episodes available after recording. I know some shows are repeated endless but this is rediculous.
Which files do I need to tweak to setup my recordings?
(and after that I will ask how to change the parameters, but lets first try :p )
Is it possible to add the state of playback, fast forward, rewind, pause for example, to the lcd display? I assume these are pulled form GB-PVR, and not a jalcd issue.
I'm using the Hauppauge 150 to capture and the Media MVP with GB-PVR to get everything out to the TV.
The problem is that when I run the Hauppauge software everything plays just fine, But when I disable the MediaMVP services and run the latest GB-PVR software everything EXCEP fastforward and/skip works.
On the Fastforward (with the new 40 something button remote) the MediaMVP just loses connection and has to find the server again. with the skip button, it just does a quick replay.
 My recordings are being deleted without pressing delete!
Even files in the Video Directory have disapeared after i watched them or even if i stop in the middle of a recording, to restart later, they are being deleted. Any ideas on what is causing this?
I have a system running GBPVR with a Hauppauge PVR350 in the system. Remote control works perfect. I also have two MVP's running, works also great. The only thing that isn't working perfectly is the remote for the mvp'S.
The skip button doesn't work. Now I know in the config setup (DVD en Remote) there are two buttons, fix remote etc fot 45 buttons and one for 34 buttons. I used the button for 45 so thats why my pvr 350 remote works ok.
Now, if I use the one for 34 buttons remote, will it influence my 45 button remote settings, or not?
I just update the new Guide2j but i don't see it even in the config plugin.
probably a file missing every thing seem to be in the right place in the plugin folder and skin folder.
I am LOVING GB-PVR. I had bought beyondTV and it's not nearly as good. Thanks for such a great program!
The problem I am having is that when I updateEPG for the DirecTV channels from zap2it, it updates only about a third of the satellite channels. I have correctly configured zap2it and the other 2/3 of the channels do show in my zap2it profile. I have manually added the missing channels, but there is no programming listed in the guide for the manually added channels. This prevents me from using GB-PVR to easily set recordings on these channels. Does anyone have an idea what I need to do. Is this a problems with zap2it?
