Inset/Subfolder "Back" bug

When I am viewing a video via the video inset, if I select the "Back" selection within a submenu, the video stops.

I can select the "Exit" button on my remote, and it will exit the submenu fine. It seems like it has something to do with the way the Back item on the submenu menu is implemented.

It also looks like if you press HOME while in a submenu, the video does not return to full screen. I have to exit to the main menu and select HOME to return the video to the full screen.
